Melanie Jain has over 10 years experience in sales, trading and advising private and institutional investors.

She started her career in the Fixed Income division of Goldman Sachs before moving to Enron, London, trading electricity in the European market. Melanie later joined Credit Suisse First Boston in Fixed Income sales and subsequently became a Senior Investment Consultant heading a desk at Credit Suisse Private Banking International.

Melanie graduated with a Master's from the University of St. Gallen, majoring in Finance and Capital markets and holds a CEMS Master's degree from Rotterdam School of Management.

Sacha Maggi has over 20 years experience in asset management and advising private and institutional investors.

Prior to joining Alchemy Capital, Sacha was a Portfolio Manager at Zulauf Asset Management trading a Global Macro Long/Short Fund. Previous to this he spent six years managing a corporate fund in excess of CHF 0.5bn at the Treasury Department of Federation of Migros with an absolute return goal across all asset classes. Sacha also worked for three years as a fund manager at RMF, a leading Swiss hedge fund group.

He started his career at Swiss Volksbank Bank (later merged with Credit Suisse) before working for six years with Zürcher Kantonalbank, advising private clients.

Mirko Ballmer is an experienced and specialist investment advisor. Before joining Alchemy Capital, he was the interest rate risk and foreign exchange risk manager at the Treasury department of SBB AG, the Swiss Federal Transportation company. In addition, he managed the short term investments of the company.

Prior to SBB, he was an Investment Consultant at Credit Suisse Private Banking advising international private clients across all asset classes. He began his career at Credit Suisse as a member of the risk management team in Asset & Liability Management supervising the interest rate risk of the banking books.

He holds a Master's degree from University of St. Gallen, specialising in the Banking Industry.

Vikram Jain has over 10 years experience in developing and supporting the delivery of growth strategies for international private banks such as Lloyds TSB, Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro and Scandia Bank.

He started his career as a management consultant in Ernst & Young, London becoming the Head of the Financial Services Strategy Unit. In addition to being a member of Alchemy Capital, Vikram is the Head of Financial Services at Corven Consulting in London.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath in the UK and Rotterdam School of Management.
